Below is an article with information concerning the use of “5G” and its probable harm to the people for which it is considered to be a “service” to – allowing high speed internet and surveillance across the Country.

I have been suspended 5 times — 30 days each — since October 2018 by Facebook.  That was bad enough as I did NOTHING and have been on suspension close to 50% of the last year.  But what happened on 09/27 really “takes the cake.”  I was in good standing with the “Stop5G” group and its creator John Kuhles.  Both of us were banned from “Stop5G” on 09/27.  I cannot even view the “Stop5G” group and was previously (09/27) removed from moderating the group for which I probably posted the most content of anyone. 

What I have discovered, over the past year, is that all the “Big Tech” platforms were founded with funds from DARPA.  So in a sense these platforms now serve as the “Roach Hotel” for Anti-Globalists.  Facebook started in 2004 and now has 2-3 BILLION members.  After Trump won (2016) they realized their globalist agenda was hampered by his win, though Trump is not without  his own globalist problems: he is a big advocate of 5G.  By July 2017 they went after Alex Jones: love him or hate him he also has 1st Amendment rights.  By 2019 they are going after us “little fish.”  I’m sure this has happened to thousands of people.  The common denominator is not merely censorship of conservative speech but rather Anti-Globalist Speech.  You want to keep your guns?  You want a pause in immigration?  You want an end to 5G?  Yep that is who gets censored.  It could eventually effect Cannabis activists as well.  What if the Feds decide you can’t grow your own any more, like in Michigan. 

Freedom of speech is dying in the US and around the world.  That is a problem.

Facebook was originally supported by DARPA to gather info on everyone.  Now it is being transformed into a tool for censorship.

If you’ve read through the attachment you will know that I was banned from 2 of the largest “Stop5G” groups on 09/27/2019.  And on top of that a 30 day suspension from Facebook.  I did nothing and it is clear “someone” wants to silence me.  If this were happening when I was a Cannabis Activist (really still am) we would have gotten nowhere.  On top of all of this John — creator of “Stop5G” — has never provided an account of how he was removed as administrator of his own group AND the last email I got from him was on 09/27.  My takeaways:

I fear that Congresswomen Debbie Dingell may have a role in this though that would be impossible to prove.  All I know is the purge of “Stop5G” occurred just 3 days after I stopped by her office.  Debbie is on a Pro “5G Caucus” and has refused to reply to my concerns that 5G will have on our Health, Privacy and Freedom.  Of course what we also know is 5G infrastructure is stimulating the economy as 13 Trillion is predicted to be spent in the next few years.  If we stop it does the economy tank?

Anyway I’m just a bit frustrated.  Had to share with someone.  Freedom of Speech is under siege in a way I have never seen before.

We can no longer allow 5G Proponents to silence the voices of the Global Stop5G Movement

Today 8 days have passed since the purge of the Facebook “Stop5G” group.  When the purge began (09/27/2019) the creator of the group, John Kuhles, was removed as administrator for his own group.  In August the Globalist Censorship Group, Disinformation Index, cited John Kuhles, specifically, as a 5G Conspiracy Theorist.  Less than 2 months later “someone” purged “Stop5G” removing John Kuhles (creator and admin for “Stop5G”) and Bruce Cain (significant daily contributor and moderator for “Stop5G”).  Having read through many articles from Disinformation Index it seems obvious that they don’t merely want to index “conspiracy theories” put forth by Stop5G activists: they want to make their essays and videos — and perhaps the activists themselves — disappear.  The purge of “Stop5G” is a perfect example.

On the day of the purge John Kuhles replied to my email and promised to provide an explanation for what happened on 09/27/2019.  He said this would be posted on his website, http://stop5g-resistance.whynotnews.eu/.  Someone did update the website on the day of the purge adding an old article and a globe widget showing the location of subscribers.  Both of those updates were dated 09/27/2019: the day of the purge.  8 days later John has not answered my numerous emails and no explanation has been provided on his website.  As I look back I cannot be certain that his email (09/27/2019) was actually authored by John.  On 10/03/2019 his website was not reachable, for about a day, yet no further updates were made to the website. Is he still alive?  I find this troubling as John and I were in good standing and there is no reason that I am aware, why he would not have provided an account of what actually happened.  Both John and I have essentially been “erased” from Facebook and the “Stop5G” group: we cannot even view the “Stop5G” group and we have both been erased from the Facebook directory.  I would also be that all of my hundreds of posts, to “Stop5G,” have also been erased.  In addition Facebook gave me my 5^th, 30 day suspension, meaning I cannot post or comment for 30 days.

I am sending today’s update to various groups, that support the Stop5G movement, in hopes that they can “get the word out” about the purge of the “Stop5G” group.  With 24,000 members it is possibly the largest “Stop5G” group on Facebook.  I cannot over emphasize the importance of this.  If our free speech is increasingly silenced how will we ever prevail in our attempts to stop the deployment of 5G antennas, throughout the planet and space?
What is happening is truly Orwellian (e.g., 1984, the book).  This “Disinformation Index,” and other Globalist Censor’s (GC’s) operate across all Big Tech Platforms – not just Facebook.  They appear to be very well financed and seem poised to silence both the Stop5G “Truth Movement” and any other groups that oppose a transition to a global government through imposition of UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s), the UN’s Agenda21 (local control) and the UN’s Agenda2030 (global control). 

What most people do not understand is the fact that those behind the rollout of 5G — the Rockefeller’s and the Rothschild’s — helped establish the United Nations many decades ago.  And from the very beginning these Globalists have admitted that they would use Climate Change as a means to usher in a One World Corporate Government.  Today the UN and the Rothschild’s, Crown Castle, are also among the most powerful groups pushing 5G under the auspices of fighting Climate Change.  The UN, the Extinction Rebellion (UK) and the New Green Deal (United States) are also largely financed by proponents for global rollout of 5G antennas throughout the globe.  The truth is (1) Anthropogenic Climate Change is a fabricated myth and (2) spending Trillions to reduce Carbon Dioxide emissions will only bankrupt first world nations, while having virtually no effect on Carbon Dioxide levels.

Our (1) Globalist Corporate Media, (2) all Big Tech Platforms (Facebook, Amazon, Google, YouTube, Twitter), (3) the Corporations supporting and profiting from 5G, (4) the Globalist Censor’s, (5) the Globalist Corporate Foundations (e.g., Rockefeller, Gates, Soros, Rothschilds etc.), (6) the United Nations and ancillary groups (e.g., the World Health Organization etc.), (7) most of our elected representatives (e.g., Thune, Dingell etc.)  and (8) even many governmental agencies (e.g., USAID) are now conspiring to become exactly what Orwell warned us about in his book “1984”: a Ministry of Truth (e.g., Propaganda).

At one end of the spectrum these groups, which compose this Globalist Ministry of Truth, simply remain silent about the existential dangers that 5G poses to our Health, Privacy and Freedom.  At the other end of the spectrum these groups are actively doing everything they can to silence our voices.  And way at the far end of the spectrum is the possibility that some of us could be targeted for extrajudicial assassination.  There are, after all, 13 Trillion dollars at stake here.  Until I hear from John I will entertain the possibility that John may be the first extrajudicial assassination of a Stop5G activist.  I am concerned.

My hope is that some of these groups – on my expanding mailing list – will get the word out about the purge of “Stop5G” (09/27/2019).  They can share this essay.  They can arrange an interview with me.  They can publish their own commentary of the “Stop5G” purge.  I can only say this.  If we allow our First Amendment Rights to be eviscerated our voices will be silenced.  And if our voices are silenced we lose our fight against 5G.  Please, help me get the word out.  Because 5G, Smart Cities, the Internet of All Things (and the control of all humans) are all connected and part of a war against the entire global population.  We the Stop5G community must prevail.

Why can’t we Stop5G in my City of Dearborn Heights?

Devon, England, just stopped the deployment of 5G. Mar-a-Lago, Florida — home to elites like Donald Trump and Bill Gates — have stopped the deployment of 5G.  Brussels — a center for the world’s elites — have stopped the deployment of 5G.
So why can’t we do this in Dearborn Heights?
Why can’t other citizen’s do this in their cities?

On 10/04/2019 I saw 5 trucks on Marquette: just a few blocks west of Inkster Road in Garden City.  Garden City is just adjacent to my city of Dearborn Heights. The crew leader confirmed they just finished putting up 4 5G antennas on a single utility pole.  And as soon as the underground wiring is laid, and connected, these 5G radiation emitters will be turned on.  When I asked him when that might happen he said it could be in mere weeks or months.

Thank goodness my family is not living next to those 4, 5G antennas.
He then added that they have been installing 5G antennas throughout SE Michigan for the last 9 months.  How many 5G antennas have gone up in my city of Dearborn Heights? Was the Dearborn Heights City Council aware of this?  Why has the City Council not alerted me to this?  They obviously knew I was concerned.  I mean, I did do a 40 minute presentation, on the subject of Stopping 5G, before the Dearborn Heights City Council just 2 months ago (07/23/2019).

Why are the voices of the Global Stop5G movement not being heard or acknowledged?

Part of the reason is the Stop5G movement is being censored. Part of the reason is that our City Council (Dearborn Heights) seems interested, but has not acted to protect it’s citizens from the dangers of these Antennas. Is it not a primary duty of any government to protect the safety of it’s citizens? Do something!  It should not be up to me to come up with the solution.  This is what we pay you for.

Another part of the reason is — since I did my 40 minute presentation on Stop5G — I am finding myself being censored.  So it seems impossible to get the word out to my community.

* In August I was de-platformed from Nextdoor, the Facebook application for local communities after making a single post on 5G: a link to my testimony before the Dearborn Heights City Council.
* The Press and Guide was informed about my upcoming presentation against 5G and decided not to cover it. (07/23/2019)
* On 09/27/2019 I was de-platformed from the Stop5G group I moderated for over a year and a half by Facebook. This occurred just 3 days after stopping by Debbie Dingell’s office in Dearborn,  where I was reminding her assistant that I was waiting on her response to my concerns about 5G. Debbie is a ardent proponent of 5G technology and I have concerns she may have had something to do with it.  Of course that is mere speculation.  That same day Facebook suspended me from posting or commenting for 30 days.  This is my 5th, 30 day suspension, since October 2018.  And while I’ve done nothing wrong the edicts of Facebook are final: they are judge, jury and executioner.  And there is no legitimate mechanism to challenge the merits of a 30 day suspension.  This Facebook “Ministry of Truth” is Orwellian and an affront to free speech.

In all of this we are seeing 2 trends. One tactic of the 5G proponents is just to ignore us or just pay us “lip service” and move along without solving the problem. The Press and Guide did the former. The Dearborn Heights City Council did the latter. The second tactic is to censor the freedom of speech of the Global Stop5G movement. The censorship against the Stop5G movement is growing and the incident on 09/27/2019 is a perfect example.

I don’t know what to tell my City Council. I do understand that the FCC have tried to hamstring cities from doing anything. I also understand that our City Council has a primary role in protecting our citizens. The City Council is not doing that.

Please have that figured out when I come to the next City Council meeting. Be prepared to explain, to me, how you are going to stop the deployment of these 5G antennas in our city.  Be prepared to explain to me how any 5G antennas, already place in our city, will be removed.

This is what we pay you for, so do it. I expect to hear an answer to that question soon.

Stop aiding and abetting the globalists that are shoving this crap down our throats: regardless of the science, regardless of the concerns of the citizens.  We are not going to be part of a Global Lab experiment where we humans are the guinea pigs.

To me the Dearborn Heights City Council — and City Councils throughout the world —  are really no better than the German people that did nothing, as Hitler put millions of Jews to death in the concentration camps.  About the only difference I see here is the globalists — behind the deployment of 5G — don’t even have to transport us to the concentration camps.  They will kill us right in our own homes — with 5G antennas that may be a mere 20 feet from our homes.

Screw that.  Do SOMETHING to stop this.

Debbie Dingell’s office finally got back to me today.  They said I’m not in here district and she could therefore not respond to my concerns about 5G technology..  I ran against her husband in 1996 and apparently they gerrymandered the district.   I have been in the same place since 1986.   I told the assistant that this had nothing to do with her district.  She is on a national “5G Caucus” — which effects all districts — and I had some serious concerns.

Worse yet I really do believe she had something to do with my “erasure” from the “Stop5G” group.  It is beyond coincidence.  Can I prove it.  Sorry, don’t have that kind of money.  I just want some answers from Debbie “Dingbat.”  It has been 2 months since my first letter and she has yet to respond.  Yeah I’m sure a FOIA request would go a long way . . . said nobody.

We have to get serious about this.  And I will soon begin to call out anyone that is not serious about Stopping the deployment of 5G antennas throughout the planet and in space.

So another English city stops the roll out of 5G antennas.  Meanwhile I have been silenced from Facebook . . . for supporting the Stop5G movement.  We seem to be entering the age of “No Choice.”  We also seem to be entering the age of “No Voice.”  They are now forcing vaccinations in New York and California.  The democrats are talking about going house to house to take our guns away.  In my 65 years I can not believe the direction things are taking.  It is not just 5G that concerns me.

I will not support a world where the people’s will is ignored — as it is, worldwide — when it comes to the roll-out of 5G.  As I mentioned, the other day, I saw the first 5G antenna’s going up in Garden City just the other day: confirmed by the road crew putting them up.  I do understand the problem for ALL cities in the wake of the FCC decision (2018) to force these on our populations.  But at the same time it is the responsibility of our government officials to protect it’s citizens from harm.  They aren’t.

I’m sure I will come before the City Council in the coming weeks.  It would be really nice if you had a plan to stop this.  Because next time I’m before the council that will be my primary question: how are you going to stop this.

And Dr. Pall, sorry I was so harsh the other day.  I’m just frustrated: both in our inability to stop 5G and my undeserved suspension from Facebook: something that is not happening to thousands by the day.  I will not tolerate a “Ministry of Truth” that denies us the inalienable right to share what is on our minds.  It seems that totalitarianism has come to America.  Our founding fathers had a solution to that — one that I hope is entirely unnecessary.

For the town of Totnes, England, the 5G rollout will have to wait. Over 1,600 residents signed a petition for a moratorium based on a belief that 5G is not safe for human health.

One local resident named Rosi Gladwell claims she’s suffering from the effects of radiation. At night, Gladwell sleeps in a copper sleeping bag to prevent electromagnetic rays from entering her body.

The town temporarily conceded to Gladwell and the other vocal residents’ wishes, but the decision might not stand for the longterm. Totnes district council is hard at work developing a committee that ignores the town’s concerns, according to 9News.

“I don’t think we will get anywhere with it,” town mayor Jacqui Hodgson said on the ban.

“Our concern is there will be a much higher blanket of radiation all around us. “There hasn’t really been any assessment carried out to prove it’s safe to health and the environment.

“As a town council, we have very little powers, but we can at least stand up for our community and say what we believe.”
It isn’t just England that’s concerned over 5G, cities, and towns all over the United States have become increasingly concerned with 5G’s potential health impacts. Last year, Portland officials attempted to block 5G rollouts. A group of activists and residents in Encinitas, California recently protested 5G’s impending installations.

The United States government says that 5G is safe and that no scientific evidence of health risks exists. But some groups around the country continue to disagree. In California, residents in a smaller town outside of Sacramento claim a Sprint 5G tower increased childhood cancer instances. Sprint was eventually forced to shut down the tower.

5G is the latest social battleground that’s sweeping the globe. More and more countries are rushing to install it because they don’t want to fall behind in the technological arms race. 5G will substantially increase download times and improve capabilities in the health and military sectors. No country wants to be left behind, which is creating a grind between government officials and 5G activist groups.

Well a neighbor just told me he saw 5G antennas going up on Wilson — this time in Dearborn Heights.  And in Switzerland — where the 5G antennas are already operating — there are already reports of health problems due to the radiation these antennas are emitting.  Are we really going to wait, for our citizens to get sick, before we stop the deployment of these 5G antennas?

In this essay I briefly overview the history of Electromagnetic Radiation since the introduction of electric street lamps in the 1880’s.  We cannot see EMF radiation which is one reason we don’t suspect it as a vector to a multitude of health effects.  What makes 5G radiation such a problem is they are putting antennas every 2-10 homes (like the 4 antennas on Marquette just West of Inkster) and both the radiation and wavelengths are going to be far more detrimental to our health relative to earlier rollouts of 1G to 4G.  And THAT is why I encourage public participation on the 22nd.  The only real solution is to stop the deployment.  And once again in Switzerland — an early adopter of 5G — we are already seeing negative health effects which has led to a citizen revolt.  So the question becomes: do we act proactively or simply wait until our children become sick from 24/7 exposure to the radiation?

Before, we had moved from gas lamps to electric street lamps (1880), the only EMF radiation we were exposed to was what is known as the Schumann Resonance to which all life is naturally tuned into. In fact since life evolved, some 3 Billion years ago, the Schumann Resonance was the only form of EMF radiation that all evolving life forms were exposed to. So in just the last 140 years the amount of EMF radiation has increased by a factor of one hundred million. Let that fact settle in for a moment. But because we cannot see it or feel it we have never really thought about it. Yet today we are just beginning to understand what this non-ionizing radiation is doing to the health of all life on planet Earth.

Around 9 minutes in the people of Montgomery CA are upset that their City Council will not represent them against the deployment of 5G.  That was roughly 2 years ago and the same thing is happening in our city of Dearborn Height: “Hey 5G may kill us but we, the council, can’t do anything about it.”  Wake up.  What happened there, 2 years ago, is happening here, now.  I already told you these antennas are going up in our neighborhoods.  A crew of 5G installers confirmed that to me on 09/27/2019.

The nightmare is here.  WE THE PEOPLE need to stop it.  And all of us is all we need.  And hopefully that will include the City Council finally telling the citizens that they are going to stop the deployment of 5G antennas.

Japan will not develop and invest in the creation of fifth-generation mobile networks.

This is stated on the official website of the Ministry of High Technologies of the country. Officials expressed the opinion that the creation of a faster Internet than previously is dangerous for the population and may adversely affect people’s health and labor productivity. Japan A study by the University of Nagasaki provides figures confirming the increase in the number of mental disorders and fatigue among high-speed Internet users. According to scientists, the more a person manages to conduct intellectual operations per minute, the more he is prone to the development of stress, absent-mindedness and an increase in nervous excitement. The Ministry of Health supplements colleagues and assures that using 5G networks can reduce the average life expectancy in the country for the first time in 60 years, and the impact of high-speed Internet is comparable to the effects of radiation on the human body. “We need to think about the health of the Japanese. Our country has already accelerated economically so that today we have nowhere to hurry. It is necessary to stabilize this state. 5G is fraught with great danger. So we think not only we, yesterday this information was confirmed by the US ambassador to Japan. If America, China or the EU countries are ready to risk their people for the sake of progress, then such a strategy is unacceptable for our welfare state, ”said Nobunari Kabato, Minister of High Technologies. The bill to ban fifth-generation mobile networks in the country has already been submitted to the Japanese parliament.

United Nation Experts Validate Standing Rock Sioux Opposition To Dakota Access Pipeline

Cannon Ball, North Dakota (23 Sept. 2016) –   United Nations Expert, the Special Rapporteur on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, Victoria Tauli-Corpuz, released a statement yesterday calling upon the United States to immediately halt the construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline, in recognition of dire and direct threats to the drinking water, burial grounds and sacred sites of the Standing Rock Sioux people. 
The pipeline also directly endangers traditional lifeways and practices, and the health and well being of current and future generations. Members of the Standing Rock Sioux and thousands of allies from across the United States and the world have been taking direct action since April 2016 to call attention to the violation of their Indigenous rights, desecration of their lands and waters and the threats to our global climate engendered by the Dakota Access Pipeline.

The 1,172 mile pipeline, being pushed by the US Army Corps of Engineers and the Energy Transfer LLC Corporation, is proposed to pass under the Missouri river and Lake Oahe, a vital source of the tribes drinking water and ceremonial practice.

In her statement, Ms Tauli-Corpuz drew attention to blatant violation of treaty rights, the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous peoples and other international legal standards requiring the free, prior and informed consent of Indigenous peoples before the approval of any project affecting their lands.
She called for immediate attention to the ongoing persecution, intimidation and harassment of the many protectors gathered on the ground in Standing Rock to directly oppose the pipeline and present alternative visions for a just and healthy world.

Ms. Tauli-Corpuz’s call for the United States government to take action to halt pipeline was endorsed by other United Nations Experts, including:

• Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights defenders, Mr. Michel Forst
• Special Rapporteur on the human right to safe drinking water and sanitation, Mr. Léo Heller
• Special Rapporteur on human rights and the environment, Mr. John H. Knox

• Special Rapporteur on cultural rights, Ms. Karima Bennoune

During his recent appeal to the United Nations, Standing Rock Sioux Chairman David Archambault II invited Ms Tauli-Corpuz to visit Standing Rock and witness for herself the escalating violations against Indigenous peoples and the land and water of the region.
“The UN Expert got it right,” said Tom Goldtooth, the Director of the Indigenous Environmental Network. “What the US calls consultation is not consultation but a statement telling people what they’re doing after millions of dollars have been invested, painting Indigenous Peoples as spoilers. The right of free, prior and informed consent begins prior to the planning process, not when their bulldozers are at your doorstep.”

21 September 2016 – Addressing the United Nations General Assembly today, the President of Zimbabwe underscored that compromises or half-measures, which were unavoidable, even inevitable, in developing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, have no place in its implementation phase.

“We need sincere, genuine and total commitment by all to the implementation of this Agenda if it is not to join many other previous well-crafted global agendas that ended in failure and non-delivery,” Robert Mugabe stressed in his address.

“We hope that this time around, this agenda will meet a better fate,” he added, noting that he was encouraged to see steps being taken at various levels over the last year to implement the 2030 Agenda as well as the Addis Ababa Action Agenda on financing for development.

Regarding implementation of the global development agenda at the national level, Mr. Mugabe reported that the vision and aspirations of his country’s national development programme, the Zimbabwe Agenda for Sustainable Socio-Economic Transformation is “basically the same” as the global one.

He said, however, that the biggest impediment the country faces to the achievement of the 2030 Agenda is “the burden of the punitive and heinous sanctions imposed” on the Zimbabwe.

Noting that Zimbabwe has had sanctions imposed on it by the United States and other Western countries for some 16 years, he said: “As a country, we are being collectively punished for exercising the one primordial principle enshrined in the UN Charter, that of sovereign independence,” and added that Zimbabwe is being punished for doing “what all other nations do, that is, responding to and looking after the basic interests of our people.”

Underscoring that everyone must be bound by their commitments to 2030 Agenda, President Mugabe called on the United Kingdom, the United States and their allies to “remove the illegal and unjustified sanctions against my country and its people.”

He also said that under the principles of the UN Charter, the Organization is duty bound to work to ensure full realization of the rights of self-determination for the people of Western Sahara.

Further, commending efforts to make the selection process of the next UN Secretary-General inclusive and transparent, the President, however, said that the greater involvement of the General Assembly does not mask the “opaqueness” of the process at the Security Council, and that despite numerous appeals for reform of that 15-member body, there has been no progress.

Concluding his remarks, Mr. Mugabe applauded the leadership of current UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in mobilizing the entire UN system as well as international community to partner with Africa in stopping and rolling back the Ebola epidemic that claimed thousands of lives and undermined socio-economic development in the continent.

(NaturalNews) Hemp oil extracts containing CBDs (cannibidiols) are such a threat to the pharmaceutical industry that the FDA is now invoking totally insane justifications for outlawing them.
CBDs are non-psychoactive compounds found naturally in hemp plants. They work so well as powerful natural medicine that people everywhere are realizing CBDs work better than pharmaceuticals for treating epilepsy, seizures, neurological disorders and other serious health conditions (including HIV infections).
So the FDA has just launched a massive regulatory assault against CBDs by invoking the most insane logic you’ve ever heard. Here’s how it goes:
1) CBDs work so well that drug companies are now investigating them to be approved by the FDA as medicines.
2) Because CBDs are being investigated by drug companies, the FDA has granted CBDs status as being “investigated as a new drug.” In the FDA’s own language from their website, “FDA considers a substance to be ‘authorized for investigation as a new drug’ if it is the subject of an Investigational New Drug application (IND) that has gone into effect.”
3) Because CBDs work so well and have been authorized for drug investigations, the FDA now OUTLAWS them being sold as dietary supplements. Per the FDA’s own website: “FDA has concluded that cannabidiol products are excluded from the dietary supplement definition under section 201(ff)(3)(B)(ii) of the FD&C Act. Under that provision, if a substance (such as cannabidiol) has been authorized for investigation as a new drug for which substantial clinical investigations have been instituted and for which the existence of such investigations has been made public, then products containing that substance are outside the definition of a dietary supplement.”
4) Now the FDA has begun sending warning letters to CBD makers, claiming they are in violation of FDA regulations because they are selling “adulterated products.” Adulterated with what, exactly? CBDs, of course! “The debate over hemp CBD’s legal status continues after FDA sent eight warning letters to manufacturers of CBD dietary supplement and food products earlier this month,” reports Nutritional Outlook. “The warning letters cite impermissible health claims used to market the products, as well as CBD’s invalid status as a dietary ingredient due to its presence in two drug applications currently under consideration.”

The FDA just criminalized one of the most miraculous healing medicines in the world by handing it over to Big Pharma

In other words, the FDA just handed Big Pharma an absolute monopoly over CBDs (hemp oil extract) by ridiculously claiming such natural products are “adulterated” with molecules (CBDs) that the FDA says might one day become a drug.
“Drugs,” according to the FDA, are substances that are proven to treat, prevent or cure a disease, and thus the FDA’s own logic admits that CBDs must be able to treat, prevent or cure diseases, otherwise they would be useless as “drugs”.
But when a dietary supplement company makes the same claim, they are hit with aggressive warning letters from the FDA, threatening to shut them down, confiscate their products and seek criminal prosecution of the company executives.

This is how the FDA can instantly criminalize any vitamin or plant extract

Do you see how this twisted, corrupt regulatory tactic can allow the FDA to instantly criminalize any dietary supplement, vitamin, herb or plant extract?
Vitamin D, for example, could be outlawed by the FDA announcing that it has granted “Investigational New Drug application (IND)” status to any drug company studying vitamin D.
Using this same corrupt, mafia-style tactic, the FDA could outlaw resveratrol or even vitamin C, denying Americans the right to access safe, affordable, natural substances that are routinely found in nature.

It’s time to end the FDA’s monopolization over natural plant molecules

If humanity is ever to achieve medical freedom, we must end the FDA’s outrageous medical monopolization of plant molecules such as CBDs. By allowing this corrupt, criminally-run regulatory agency to criminalize every molecule found in nature, our nation’s lawmakers condemn us all to life in what can only be called medical totalitarianism under FDA tyranny.
Any time a healing substances is found in nature, the FDA can simply assert that such molecules are now in the process of being studied as drugs and are therefore illegal to sell as dietary supplements even though they were developed by Mother Nature, not drug companies.
This FDA tactic is nothing more than the FDA proclaiming intellectual monopolies over all molecules of interest found in nature. It is Monsanto-like in its arrogance and wickedness, and it deprives the People of their right to access medicinal plants and healing substances that have existed in nature for countless thousands of years long before the FDA ever came into existence (1906).
If we do not stop this FDA, we are all doomed to living under a totalitarian regulatory regime that will systematically criminalize every healing molecule found in nature, from the curcuminoids in turmeric root to green tea catechins and even phycocyanins found in spirulina.
That this federal agency has now resorted to such tactics of medical totalitarianism and outright tyranny is proof that we need to strip the FDA of regulatory powers over natural dietary supplements and limit its domain to pharmaceutical drugs only.
Coincidentally, a Presidential election is upon us that threatens to shake up the entire establishment if the right person wins. “Establishment” candidates on both sides of the aisle would simply continue the FDA war on natural molecules that’s now under way, but there is one candidate who has openly threatened to challenge the authority of federal regulators like the EPA and FDA.

FDA begins crackdown by targeting inaccurate label claims… but it won’t end there

The FDA has now declared war on CBDs and hemp oil extracts. Its first targets are those companies who have inaccurate label claims or are committing outright fraud in claiming CBD concentrations that don’t even exist in their products.
On this point, I must agree that inaccurate label claims deserve regulatory enforcement. The CBD industry is heavily populated with fraudulent sellers whose products often contain no CBDs at all.
“The FDA has turned its back on the cannabis industry, claiming that CBD products cannot be sold as dietary supplements,” reports Canna Business. “Companies affected by the latest crackdown include Cali Stores, Dose of Nature, Green Garden Gold, Healthy Hemp Oil, Michigan Herbal Remedies, Morgue Juice, Pain Bomb and Sana Te Premium Oils. According to the FDA’s analysis, all products contained different amounts of 9-THC, THCa, CBDa, CBN and CBD than they had claimed.”
The second target of the FDA is companies that made disease treatment claims that their CBD products might treat epilepsy, cancer or other conditions. The FDA, of course, routinely attacks any dietary supplement maker that tells the truth about the medicinal benefits of their products. According to the FDA, there is no such thing as any food, nutrient, herb or natural molecule that has any ability whatsoever to treat, prevent or cure any disease. This position is, of course, patently absurd and stands in total violation of nutritional science, but it is the “big lie” the FDA must maintain in order to keep putting dietary supplement companies out of business.
Once the FDA finishes destroying all the companies with inaccurate labels and disease marketing claims, it will target all the honest suppliers of CBDs who are selling genuine, honest products that contain accurate CBD labels. This is the real goal of the FDA: to threaten, intimidate and destroy the entire CBD industry and thereby protect the medical monopolies of drug companies that can’t wait to cash in on these amazing molecules that really do treat disease (otherwise, Big Pharma would have no interest in them).

This is how the FDA keeps the medical racket marching along

And so the great medical monopoly racket marches on, with the FDA giving a big “F-YOU” to the American people while handing lucrative medical monopolies to its greed-driven friends in the pharmaceutical industry. Meanwhile, the American people are denied healing medicine that works at a fraction of the cost of overpriced pharmaceuticals.
Entrepreneurial companies that offer such hemp oil extracts containing CBDs — natural medicines that could help reduce human suffering while lowering health care costs nationwide — are threatened by the FDA with devastating enforcement actions that could land their executives in prison.
This is all part of the FDA’s war on natural medicine that systematically criminalizes molecules found in nature and the people who seek to make those molecules available to patients in need. While disease suffering skyrockets across America and medical expenses push more and more families over the threshold of bankruptcy and destitution, isn’t it comforting to know that your federal government is doing everything in its power to deny you access to safe, affordable natural medicine while protecting the profits of the drug giants?

What can you do to oppose this medical tyranny by the FDA?

None of this is ever going to change, by the way, if we keep electing establishment politicians to the White House. If you want to see real change in the legalization of hemp extract components such as CBDs, you’d better vote for someone who terrifies the establishment and threatens to tear it down.
At the same time, you need to support health freedom organizations like the Alliance for Natural Health, which is fighting to keep dietary supplements legal in America.

This would utterly wipe out the entire dietary supplements industry and plunge America into an era of runaway disease, suffering and death as people are denying access to the healing nutrients that are presently preventing disease (and even reversing serious disease in some cases).

No Medals for Massacre — Justice for Wounded Knee Killings of Native Americans!

Why this is important

February 10, 2013 — This week President Obama awards the Congressional Medal of Honor to Army Staff Sergeant Clinton Romesha, for conspicuous gallantry in battle during his service in Afghanistan. We too honor the heroic actions of Sgt Romesha and those of many other recipients of this nation’s highest award for military service—however, we strongly believe the award itself needs to represent true American values, and that medals honoring an American massacre of Native people over a hundred years ago are a stain on that honor.
To proud members of the Lakota nation, and descendants of the Lakota people who were present, wounded or killed during the massacre that American History has wrongly referred to as “The Battle of Wounded Knee”, the Congressional Medal of Honor will remain meaningless. Until the medals are stripped from the soldiers who participated in the brutal killings of hundreds of unarmed women and children … Until the tragic truth is told of the execution of my great-great grandfather Chief Spotted Elk, their elderly leader, too ill to stand, lying beneath a white flag of surrender at Wounded Knee in 1890 … Until the “Battle” streamer legislatively tied to these illegitimate medals is removed from the United States flag (seen as recently as the 2013 Presidential inauguration), then the Congressional Medal of Honor itself is not worthy of the heroic deeds of men like Sgt Clinton Romesha, Lakota Master Sergeant Woody Keeble or any of 25 other Native American recipients of this award.
There is no honor in massacre and it is incomprehensible that 120-years later, this remains unresolved. What happened at Wounded Knee was not worthy of this nation’s highest award for exceptional valor.
According to the rules governing the Medals of Honor, "The deed of the person must be proved by incontestable evidence of at least two eyewitnesses; it must be so outstanding that it clearly distinguishes his gallantry beyond the call of duty from lesser forms of bravery…” But the historical record shows that what happened to our people at Wounded Knee was neither an example of gallantry nor of bravery. General Nelson A. Miles wrote in 1917 that, “… a massacre occurred, not only the warriors but the sick Chief Big Foot, and a large number of women and children who tried to escape by running and scattering over the prarie [sic] were hunted down and killed.”
In the previous twelve years only ten Medals of Honor have been awarded to US soldiers who’ve served in Iraq or Afghanistan—yet almost twenty Medals of “Honor” were awarded to soldiers who brutally massacred women, children, even infants, in the cold snow of South Dakota. How can this be? It’s time to right this wrong so that future generations can live in truth and heal from senseless tragedies like this one. It is time to rescind those medals now, soaked in blood and given in egregious error, and restore the full honor of the Medal once and for all. Daily, Americans pledge allegiance to the U.S. Flag that still waves that “battle” streamer and that is supposed to represent liberty and justice for all. But there has been no justice and without truth and justice, how can we heal the open wound of Wounded Knee?
The healing process takes time but through prayer, acceptance, awareness and forgiveness, it is possible. For many of us, acknowledgment of what happened is at the root of our healing. Many Americans, especially in South Dakota, still hold false beliefs that this was a battle, making true reconciliation between our people very difficult. I pray that something will finally be done and we can reconcile differences through truth, compassion and forgiveness. As representatives of the Minneconjou (and now Oglala), and citizens around the world, we humbly request your support as Commander-in-Chief to assist in the revocation of at least eighteen Medals of Honor, awarded to soldiers who participated in the Wounded Knee Massacre of 1890, where between 165 and 300 unarmed native men, women and children were slaughtered. Honoring the authors of this massacre is a smear upon the honor of all, and diminishes the value of the Medal award to others for their legitimate valor and sacrifice. We also need a proper memorial at Wounded Knee, one that contains the correct names of the victims (such as Chief Spotted Elk) and leaves out no one. The House and Senate have already agreed to support such a memorial in prior resolutions, but twenty-three years later, even while Wounded Knee is a National Historic Landmark, nothing has been done.

American Patriot Militiamen Descend on Town Ahead of Monday Deadline for Oregon Ranchers to Turn Themselves In

This Monday, Oregon ranchers Dwight Hammond and his son Steve are to turn themselves in and be imprisoned in what can only be said to be Double Jeopardy that is being imposed by a federal judge, whose authority to even rule in the matter is not justified by the US Constitution. However, days ahead of the deadline, several patriots and militiamen showed up to provide a Constitutional barrier to the tyranny of the federal government and the Bureau of Land Management.

Chief U.S. District Judge Ann Aiken has attempted to put Dwight, 73, and Steve, 46, in prison for several years for fires they started, which ranchers do all the time as part of caring for the land. Keep in mind that one of these fires is nearly two decades old while the other is a decade old. Both men severed time in prison already, even though there was no reason for them to do so, since the BLM does the exact same thing with devastating consequences.

Reports from Oregon Live have been detailing how the militia from all over the country have been moving into the territory of the Harney Basin. Many of those involved were involved in the Bundy Ranch siege in 2014.

"I am here now trying to empower and motivate the people of this community to take a stand against tyranny and show them that I will gladly stand with them," Jon Ritzheimer said.

The militia groups have been encouraging the residents to stand alongside them against the tyranny that has become the federal government and the BLM.

However, many in the community want them to go home. Signs have been put up in yards of homes that read, "Go Home Bundys!" and even a warning was issued by "The Committee" that reads:

Any individuals or groups of individuals that detain or attempt to detain any US Citizen Resident of Harney County will not be tolerated. Self-appointed militia, household troops or other unaffiliated armed group garrisoned in the confines of this county be warned. Any detention of our citizen residents will be dealt with rapidly and with great retribution. This is your only warning.

Frankly, no militia member has pushed for any of this propaganda put out by "The Committee." However, the Constitution is clear about Constitutional troops and it clearly outlines who the militia is and what they can do.

In fact, when people look back on the Bundy Ranch siege, they can see clearly that the Bundys and the militia won the day because they stood fast against the same tyrannical BLM that now threatens the Hammond family.

The only problem is that the media is largely silent on this important news story. As a side note, look, if you don’t like me, that’s fine, but get this story out. A family’s future is at stake and if you won’t speak out for them now, who will be around to speak out for you when it is your livelihood and property on the line?

Oregon Live reported on several residents in the area and their dissent concerning the militia:

Chris Briels, Burns fire chief for 24 years, said he was intrigued by the constitutional arguments rai sed by Payne and Bundy. But he said he also felt pushed too hard by Bundy to act. Briels said he is no anarchist.

The militia, Briels said, "seems like a bunch of people ready to shoot.  I don’t want that in my county."

Melodi Molt, a rancher and former president of Oregon CattleWomen, joined Briels on the new committee. She’s troubled by what’s happened to the Hammonds – but also worried about what her community faces with the outsiders.

"We’re not from the militia," said Molt. "We’re not going to come in with guns and overthrow the government."

First, upholding the law is not anarchy. That is what the federal judge and the BLM are engaged in. Second, militia is comprised of people from every state. So, both Briels and Molt are completely wrong in their assessment of the situation.

Furthermore, let’s point something out: The State of Oregon owns the land, not the federal government, and even that should be altered and put into the hand of the citizens of the State. For more on how the land is State land and not federal land, click here and here.

The BLM is administrative only in the area and has no power to enforce anything.

However, the question does need to be asked, why do so many in the area oppose the militia coming in to aid their neighbors who are being terrorized by the federal government?

The answer may just be quite simple and it has everything to do with Agenda 21 and the Rockefeller Corporation.

Consider that the Rockefeller Corporation provides work grants for the West Coast Infrastructure Exchange. On top of that, the Oregon State Treasury is a benefactor of Rockefeller grants. A large part of the people in the area have jobs because of this!

On top of all of this, the area has a high possibility of being very lucrative in oil and is a part of the Agenda 21 scheme. But are the people fighting Agenda 21 in their area? Nope! In fact, the area has received a ton of grant money to advance Agenda 21. Think they are opposed to the militia coming in for no reason? Do you think these people care at all about the Hammonds? I don’t think so, but the militia and others do care. We’ll see how far this goes at the beginning of the week as Operation Hammond Freedom is underway! Please keep these patriots and the Hammonds in your prayers and if you are able, seek to join them!

Monsanto to face ‘tribunal’ in The Hague for ‘damage to human health and environment’

A global group of professionals, scientists and environmentalists – the Monsanto Tribunal – are preparing a trial for the GMO seed giant in The Hague. They say the crowdfunded action, determined to charge Monsanto with “ecocide,” is more than a symbolic move.

The Monsanto Tribunal’s goal is to research and evaluate all of the allegations made against Monsanto in connection to all the damages its products have caused to human health and the environment. It is scheduled to be held at The Hague from October 12 to 16 in 2016. The trial will wrap up on next year’s World Food Day.

One of the main goals the broad group of signees [ABOUT US] wants the tribunal to achieve is establishing “ecocide” as a crime. “Recognizing ecocide as a crime is the only way to guarantee the right of humans to a healthy environment and the right of nature to be protected,” The International Monsanto Tribunal says on its website.

The Tribunal will look into a range of charges, including what it says are Monsanto’s crimes against nature and humanity.

“The Tribunal will rely on the ‘Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights’ adopted at the UN in 2011. It will also assess potential criminal liability on the basis of the Rome Statue that created the International Criminal Court in The Hague in 2002, and it will consider whether a reform of international criminal law is warranted to include crimes against the environment, or ecocide, as a prosecutable criminal offense, so that natural persons could incur criminal liability.”

Several bodies and groups are supporting the initiative, including the Organic Consumers Association (OCA), IFOAM International Organics, Navdanya, Regeneration International (RI), and Millions Against Monsanto, as well as dozens more farming and environmental groups.

The decision to proceed with the tribunal was announced by the groups shortly before the Sustainable Pulse report was published, which was part of the COP21 UN Conference on Climate Change that runs until December 11 in Paris.

“The time is long overdue for a global citizens’ tribunal to put Monsanto on trial for crimes against humanity and the environment. We are in Paris this month to address the most serious threat that humans have ever faced in our 100-200,000 year evolution—global warming and climate disruption,” the president of the Organic Consumers Association, Ronnie Cummins, said at the press conference.

Meanwhile, president of IFOAM and member of the RI Steering Committee Andre Leu accused Monsanto of ignoring the human and environmental damage created by its products. Leu added that the transnational is able to maintain its devastating practices “by lobbying regulatory agencies and governments, by resorting to lying and corruption, by financing fraudulent scientific studies, by pressuring independent scientists, and by manipulating the press and media.”

“Monsanto’s history reads like a text-book case of impunity, benefiting transnational corporations and their executives, whose activities contribute to climate and biosphere crises and threaten the safety of the planet,” Leu stressed.
The American-based company has enjoyed a good reputation in the US media and is known for its strong ties on Capitol Hill.

The Monsanto Tribunal argues that the company is responsible for the depletion of soil and water resources, species extinction, and declining biodiversity, as well as the displacement of millions of small farmers worldwide.

Farmers in certain countries have been taking these developments very hard. In India, an alarming wave of suicides tied to Monsanto’s practices has been registered among farmers.
Instead of traditional crops, farmers have been forced to grow GM cotton, which is more expensive and requires additional maintenance. In the last 20 years, this trend has driven some 290,000 farmers to commit suicide due to bankruptcy, according to India’s national crimes bureau records.

Subjecting Monsanto to real legal consequences will be a challenge, though, as the corporation has never lost a case.

The company is notorious for routinely suing farmers, which has earned it the reputation of a legal bully in the eyes of critics. According to Food Democracy Now, the GMO corporation has filed 145 lawsuits since 1997, because farmers had reused their seeds in a manner inconsistent with Monsanto policies. This even includes cases where the farmers themselves had sued Monsanto for the inadvertent cross-pollination of their organic crops with GMO seeds.

One lawsuit representing 300,000 farmers was thrown out of court – for the mere reason that the farmers had already been sued by Monsanto. According to Food Democracy Now, the judge called the farmers’ case “unsubstantiated.”

Untold damage has also been caused to the ecosphere by the dying-off of 970 million Monarch butterflies since 1990. The herbicides Monsanto sells eradicate a range of the prolific pollinators’ natural food sources. The statistic was released by the US Fish and Wildlife Service in February.

People demonstrated in over 400 major cities across the world in May to tell the GMO giant they do not want its produce in their food. It was the third global March Against Monsanto (MAM).
